Aside from the beautiful furniture, the design crew at Arhaus is fantastic. Jill has helped us on several occasions and is fun to work with and so helpful - she knows the items in the store well and listens so she can make suggestions based on our style and personality.

Elizabeth has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of picking out our home furniture. I can’t begin to tell you how very pleased we are with our purchases from Arhaus in Shadyside. My husband and I love each and every one of the new pieces that we have purchased from them for our new home. The only thing that would surpass the lovely furniture is the designer that we worked with….Elizabeth Johnson. She is an amazing person, so easy to work with, is hugely talented and very flexible and knowledgeable about the furniture and designs that she chose for us. Her suggestions and opinions were very helpful and she always kept our budget in mind. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for expert advice on furnishing their home whether it be for just one piece, a complete room or the entire home. She is superb as is Arhaus.

I have been buying furniture for the past 10+ years at ARHAUS. We have furnished 3 homes with furniture mirrors and light fixtures. Jill has been an excellent person to work with. Have been a Arhaus customer for over 20 years. My recent visit did not disappoint. Jill was so helpful in helping us furnish our new condo in Florida. Quality stuff, I believe it all comes from Cleveland. When things are on sale, it's approachable and a good enough value for most pieces. It's not stuff from China, at least not what we've purchased. Their tables and desks and beds and rocks have been rock solid and are excellent quality, many made from very nice one of a kind stuff like real woods or imported pieces from Italian furniture makers. But the big showroom in Shadyside or Legacy Village in Cleveland with it's pricey real estate passes along massive overhead costs to the buyer so again shop the sales.

We just purchased the 118” Tuscany rectangular dining table with extension ends. It was so easy and quick. Ask for Jill. She’s fabulous.
